Jo Ruffell
BSc, (Hons). Chartered Physiotherapist.
Jo Ruffell runs clinics in both Farndon and Tattenhall. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist and graduated in 2023 from Glyndwr University in Wrexham with a BSc (Hons). Prior to her physiotherapy training, Jo primarily worked with rehabilitation clients as a Sports Massage Therapist. She is also the lead trainer for the charity ‘Critical Care Support Network’, that provides ongoing care and support to patients of intensive care and their families.
In addition to her clinical skills Jo brings a wealth of experience from the health and wellness industry both as an exercise professional and from within health club management. She has worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over a decade, coaching individuals and groups in strength and conditioning, core stability, and yoga (to name a few). Jo brings a wide range of expertise to the team, particularly within exercise prescription and is passionate about her role as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

Hattie Rodge
MSc, BSc, (Hons). Chartered Physiotherapist.
Hattie covers clinics over all three sites and brings a wealth of experience from a variety of physiotherapy settings including acute sport injury, chronic complaints, assessment and diagnosis. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist and graduated in 2014 from UWE Bristol with a BSc in Physiotherapy. In 2023 Hattie finished her Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Cardiff University, this focussed on rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders.
Initially Hattie worked in private practice in Northwest England before joining NHS Wales for over a decade, working on rehabilitation of injury, neurological conditions and post-operative recovery. Latterly she specialised in acute injury management and triage in an NHS urgent care clinic supporting GP practises and A&E.
Alongside her NHS work, Hattie has extensive experience working as team physiotherapist for professional rugby teams and has covered sports including netball, hockey, rugby league and football. Hattie also worked for Wales rugby league students, Ospreys academy, Cardiff City FC academy, Bridgend Ravens and South Wales Scorpions dealing with sports trauma both pitch-side and rehabilitation.
Treatment costs and Payment options
Treatment Costs
Self-paying patients can pay by card. Payments range from £55-£70 for a full assessment and £45 for a follow up treatment. Assessment may include hands on treatment and specialised guidance, if required, and lasts for around an hour.
A follow-up treatment lasts for around 30 minutes.
We are Chartered Physiotherapists registered with the Health & Care Professions Council. We have more than 40 years' combined experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
