About our Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapy and sports injury clinics aim to provide excellence in treatment and support for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to help relieve pain and improve function for everyday life. Treatment may be focused on relieving pain, improving mobility or increasing strength, helping people to return to everyday physical activity, hobbies or improve performance in sport. Most of all our aim is to guide people back to leading a normal active lifestyle. We provide hands-on treatment, education and exercise-based routines, because we have a passion for helping people understand their condition and empowering them to help themselves resolve or manage their musculoskeletal problems.

Jo Ruffell
BSc, (Hons). Chartered Physiotherapist.
The newest member of our Physio Team is Jo Ruffell who runs clinics in both Tattenhall and Farndon. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist and graduated from Glyndwr University in Wrexham with a BSc (Hons). Prior to her physiotherapy training, Jo primarily worked with rehabilitation clients as a Sports Massage Therapist and is also the lead trainer for the charity ‘Critical Care Support Network’, who provide ongoing care and support to patients of intensive care and their families. In addition to her physiotherapy skills Jo brings a wealth of experience from the health and wellness industry both as an exercise professional and from within health club management. She has worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over a decade, coaching individuals and groups in strength and conditioning, core stability, and yoga (to name a few). Jo brings a wide range of expertise to the team, particularly within exercise prescription and is passionate about her role as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
Treatment costs and Payment options
Treatment Costs
Self-paying patients can pay by card. Payments range from £50-£60 for a full assessment and £45 for a follow up treatment. Assessment includes hands on treatment, if required, and lasts for around an hour. A follow-up treatment lasts 30 minutes.
We are Chartered Physiotherapists registered with the Health & Care Professions Council. We have more than 40 years' combined experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
